Alcohol: Alcohol is not permitted in the foyer area or main auditorium.

Smoking:Smoking is not permitted throughout the Beaufort Theatre.

Mobile Phones : Please ensure that your mobile phone is switched off during a performance.

Cameras or Recording Devices: Cameras or recording devices should not be used during any performance.

Change of Venue: The management reserves the right to transfer events from the Beaufort Theatre & Ballroom main auditorium to the Ballroom itself and vice versa should circumstances dictate.

Latecomers: To avoid disturbing the audience and performers, latecomers will usually not be allowed access to the auditorium until the interval.

Hire of Venues: Each venue has excellent theatre, meeting room and flexible spaces that can be hired at very reasonable rates in accordance with their programming policy. For further information and rates, please contact Ceri Coffey on 01495 355978.

Venue: Entry to the venue is at the staff’s discretion and we reserve the right to refuse entry.

Print: This brochure is correct at time of going to print. BGCBC reserve the right to alter any details without notice, due to unforeseen circumstances.

Accessibility: All venues welcome patrons with specific needs and always aim to make your visit a success. Please mention to our Box Office staff when you are booking, or on arrival, of any access requirements you may have in order for us to help you.

Please note: Access between the Beaufort Theatre and the Beaufort Ballroom is impossible for patrons using a wheelchair or with limited mobility. Entrance is via either the Theatre or the Ballroom.

• Cars can set down at the main doors at all venues.
• Car parking spaces are available for disabled patrons at both venues.
• There are ramps into the foyer areas of the Beaufort Theatre.
• All venues have four wheel chair spaces, each with companion seats.
• To comply with fire regulations, patrons who use a wheelchair are requested to bring a companion.
• There are fully accessible unisex toilets in all venues.
• An Induction Loop system is available at both venues.
• Guide Dogs are welcome and we’ll supply a bowl of water at both venues.
