Smoking Smoking is not permitted throughout the building
Mobile Phones Please ensure that your mobile phone is switched off during a performance.
Cameras or Recording Devices Cameras or recording devices should not be used during any performance.
Latecomers To avoid disturbing the audience and performers, latecomers will usually not be allowed access to the auditorium until the interval. VenueEntry to the venue is at the staff’s discretion and we reserve the right to refuse entry.
Print - This brochure is correct at time of going to print. BGCBC reserve the right to alter any details without notice, due to unforeseen circumstances.
The Metropole welcomes patrons with specific needs and always aims to make your visit as comfortable as possible.
All facilities are accessible, including some wheelchair space in the main auditorium, car parking, ramps and an Induction Loop system.
To comply with fire regulations, patrons who use a wheelchair are requested to bring a companion.
Please mention to our Box Office staff when you are booking, or on arrival, of any special requirements you may need.

We request that children attending performances at the Theatre must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Children are categorised as being between 3 years and 16 years
