Monday – Friday 10am - 4pm
We are open on weekends from 10am until 4pm when we have special activities and events programmed.
You can book tickets for performances at the Beaufort Theatre and some other venues operated by Blaenau Gwent County Borough Council at The Met.
Ticket Collection
Tickets can either be sent to you (postage cost 30p) or can be collected in person from the Box Office.
Reserved tickets can be held for 7 days. After this time you may be contacted by telephone, kindly requesting that you pay for your tickets or they will be released for re-sale.
All tickets reserved in the week prior to the performance and held in the Box Office must be collected and paid for at least 15 minutes prior to the start of the performance. The Theatre reserves the right to reallocate any uncollected tickets.
Refunds and exchanges
We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchases unless a performance is cancelled. The Theatre’s own unsold tickets must take priority. In the event of a sell out, tickets can be accepted for re-sale on the strict understanding that re-sale cannot be guaranteed.
